Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason you need to cancel your appointment and inform me at least twenty four hours in
advance then no payment is due. If advance payment has been taken, this can either be used to pay
for a re-booked session or refunded in full.
If less than twenty four hours notice is given then full payment for the session is due. If a top-up
appointment on the smoking cessation programme is not attended with no prior notice then the
guarantee of further sessions is void. In the case of other programmes such as the weight loss
programme, the appointment will be deducted from the total number of sessions offered.
If you are late for a session then, where possible, I will do my best to accommodate you as long as
this does not affect my other clients. If it is not possible to extend the appointment past the originally
booked time slot then payment is still due for the whole session.
